Key Highlights
Designed around workplace behaviour
Research into workplace routines, social interaction, personal boundaries, and environmental stressors shaped the product experience and its interventions.
Digital + spatial well-being
The concept connects a mobile well-being companion with a reimagined workplace, extending the experience from personal routines to the physical environment.

From Insight to Intervention
Research revealed recurring patterns around workplace isolation, overstimulation, limited movement, weak social connection, and blurred personal boundaries. These insights shaped both the digital experience and the proposed physical workspace.
Key Usability Findings
Every design decision focused on improving usability, increasing engagement.
01
Contextual Well-being
The experience responds to workplace behaviours and environmental conditions rather than treating well-being as a standalone feature.
02
Integrated Experience
The app connects routines, social interaction, reflection, and workplace context into one cohesive well-being system.
03
Spatial Extension
The concept extends beyond the screen, translating digital well-being principles into a redesigned physical workplace environment.
